STRICT QUARANTINE. [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Received 4,8.50 a.m. London, September 3. Continental countries are enforcing strict quarantine against plague. Two more deaths have occurred at Glasgow. RIGOROUS PRECAUTIONS IN LONDON. Received 4,10.40 p.m. London, September 4. I A boy has died of plague at Govan, ! a suburb of Glasgow. Rigorous sanitary precautions are being taken in London, consequent on the Glasgow outbreak.
