Painter?, Paperhaneers, etc, at New Plymouth, wider the style o£ " Okeys, Arnold & Earp," has been this day DISSOLVED by mutual consent, and the assets, ".insiness, credits, and effects thereof assigned to Messrs. Edward Okey, Edward Nelson Lydeard Okey, and Alfred Hughes Arnold, who will henceforth, carry on business in copartnership at New Plymouth, as aforesaid, under the style of "Okey, Son & Arnold" and to whom all debts owing to the said late partnership firm are to be paid, and by whom all the liabilities of the said partnership will be discharged.
