AN ABAB SULTAN KILLED BY THE ' FHENCH. I (PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.) (Received 22, (S p.m.) Caibo, July 21. Babah, an Arab Sultan, who escaped after the capture of his citadel at the Kuma Mountains by the French in Western Soudan, has been killed in an encounter with the French at Shari River.
