OPENING OF CAPE PARLIAMENT.
AN EARLY CLOSE OF THE WAR PREDICTED. . (Received 23, 1.41 a.m.) Capetown, July 21. At the opening of the Caps Parliament, Sir A. Milner said he anticipated the early close of the war. Sir Gordon Sprigg has a majority of six in the House.
