[PEE PBBSS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, Juno 28. Mr. Freeth, of the M.Z, 'limes staft, has been engaged by the Kailway Committee as a special commissioner to visit the country through which the Central line runs, and procure all information and evidence possible as to the value and potentialities of the line.
