CELEBRATION OF THE RELIEF OF MAFEKING. [PEB PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Wellington, May 28. The licensee of the Central Hotel at Masterton was lined £2 and costs and the license endorsod for serving liquor after hours ; for allowing a barmaid in the bar after hours he was lined 00s. and costs; for keeping open during prohibited hours, 40s. and costs. The oll'ence took place on the night of the celebration of the relief of Mafeking.
