Brenton's fcoanling-house, at Pongaroa, was destroyed by fire on Friday. The property was owned by Messrs. Dwan Bros. The building and billiard table were insured for £ 00 in the South British. Brenton has a line of .£125 on the furniture and effects with the North Queensland.
