The Board of Trade at Montreal is sending to the Congress of the Chambers of Commerce, to be held in London, resolutions in favor of moderate special jjd valorem duties on foreign imports, leviable UDiformlj throughout the British Empire, the revenue so raised to be used for joint Imperial purposes.
