MASONIC.

[An emergency meeting of the Mount Egmont Lodge, No. 670, E.G., was held in the Masonic Lodge, Robe-street, on Wednesday evening for the purpose of presenting a Past-Master's jewel to P.M. Bro. J. Bellringer, in recognition of his services to the lodge and Freemasonry in general.

The presentation was made by P.M. Bro. J. Asher, who in doing so made complimentary reference to Bro. Bellringer's connection with the lodge during the past 20 years.

D.P.G.M. Bro. J. Ellis, De Burgh Adams Lodge, on behalf of his lodge and the craft in general, also spoke in high terms of Bro. Bellringer's services. After the ceremony was over the lodge adjourned to refreshments, when the toast of P.M. Belliinger's health was honoured according to the usual Masonic custom and the brethren took the opportunity of wishing their guest bon voyage. I
