Intercarqill, February 28. A man about 30 years ef age, name unknown, was found lying insensible alongside the railway line near Gore yesterday. He died at the Invercargill Hospital. It is supposed he fell off the train. Wellington, February 28. The body of a middle-aged woman, at present not identified, was washed ashore at Island .Bay this afternoon. Lateb, The body found in the water a< Island Bay was identified as thai l of Margaret Money, wife of a labourer living in Taranaki-street. Deceased was about 27 years of age, and left home on the night of the 24th, and a note was found saying " good-bye," and hoping her husband wouid look after the children. The deceased had been despondent of late.
