(PER PUESS ASSOCIATION.) Auckland, b'obruary 28. The vice - regal party arrived at Huntly shortly before one o'clock. The township is en fate, and flags are flying. There is a large gathering of Maoris and Europeans to welcome the Governors—Lord Ruifnrly and Lord Beauchamp. Leading Waikato chiefs gathered on the platform and presented an address of welcome to Lord Rant'urly and Earl Beauchamp. Soon afterwards the party crossed the river, and were given a great reception at Waihi settlement.
