Samuel Hill,—Mr. Quilliam for judgment creditor. Debtor, who did not appear, was ordered to pay tha amount (■£3 2s 8d) on the Ist of March, or in default 14 days' imprisonment in the New Plymouth gaol. f. P. Oorkill v. F.
