NO BETTER SOLDIERS THAN NEW ZBALAUDiKS WISHED FOR. Wellington, February 19. The Governor has received the following from Lord Roberts, dated Jacobidal, 18th: —" Please accept yourself and offer New Zealand people warmest thanks of myself and army in South Africa for kind congratulatory telegram. New Zealand contingent has already done splendid work. I could not wish for better soldiers, and the additional force New Zealand is pending will be most warmly welcomed. —Roisters."
