' [PER PRESS ASSOCIATION.] (Received 2, 9.30 a.m.) Melbourne, February 2. All restrictions of traffic between Adelaide and Melbourne owing to the plague are now removed. (Received 3,1.28 a.m.) Brisbane, February 2. New Hebrides and the Loyalty Islands have been proclaimed plagueinfected. Vessels will be subject to | quarantine.
