Sir Thomas Mackenzie, in Paris, signed the Spitsbergen Convention on behalf of New Zeeland. He will also at> tend a meeting of the Anglo-French War Graves Commission to-morrow, and then go to -Brussels to attend the Anglo-Belgian War Graves Conference.
