The Industrial Court dismissed an application by the Master Builders' Association calling iipon the Bricklayers' Union to show cause'why it should not he den It with for refusing-to work on Saturday. The cause of'the dismissal was that the summons was improperly issued. Leave was given to issue a fresh summons.
