PROBATE.
(From "The Colonist," Feb. 12bh.) In the Supreme Court at Wellington, in chambers, on the 7th inst., on the application of Mr. E..8. Moore, probate of the will,of Vincent Arthur Clayden, of Richmond, deceased, was granted by Mr.- Justice Hosking to Maria Walker Clayden, the sole; executrix named in the-will. His Honour also on the same date granted probate of the of Humphrey Courtney, late of Glenhope, deceased, to Elizabeth Courtney, the sole executrix named in the will. . .: .
In the Supreme Court in Welington, on the 7th inst., on the motion -of.-Mr. Glasgow, His Honour Mr. Justice Hosking granted probate of the will of the late John Thorn, of Stanley Brook, to lloy Thorn, one of the executors named in the will, of which probate had already been granted to Robert John Thorn, one of the other executors named in the will.
On the 7th inst., in the Supremo Court, in chambers, at Wellington, on the application of Mr C. J. Hurley,' His Honour Mr. Justice Hosldng granted probate of the will of Theophilus Gapper, deceased, to Carrington Gapper, the sole executor named in the will.
On, the 7tli inst., in tKe> Supreme Court, in chambers, -at Wellington, on tlie application of Mr. C. J. Barley, His Honour Mr. Justice Hosking granted probate of the will of William "Posthill Fawcet, deceased, to Eliaz Fawcet, George William Fa\rcet, and William Anglesey, the three executors named in the will.
