WAR TIME MEASURE UPHELD

Washington, Dec. 15. War-time prohibition has been N held to be constitutional according to* the United States Supreme Court. Prohibition will accordingly be effective until the constitutional amendment making prohibition permanent becomes, operative. This finding ends the recent "wet" spell.
