DOG TRIALS ASSOCIATION.
A meeting of Hie Nelson Dog Trials Association was held at Tapawera on Saturday, the 12th inst. Eighty entries were received. A wire was received from Mr C. V. Hugonin stating that he would not bo able to judge at the trials. I Mr G. L. Mead was appointed' to ;iud»-e! the lieading events, Mr J. McKenzie to assist, and Mr G. Fenemore to judge the huntaway events, Mr Wallace to assist. The luncheon booth on the ground was let to.Mr S. Wadsworth. A 'ball will be held in the evening in the hall at Tapawera on Monday, April '21 sL The.train from Glenhope to J\Teison on Monday afternoon, April 21st, will he "delayed one hour later than usual. .
