DISEASE TURNS OUT MUMPS.

Wellington, April 10. Rumour has been, circulated hero that the steamer Corinthie had cases of r influenza on board. Sir James Allen states that according to recent advice he has receiv&d there is no influenza on the ship, and the only sickness.was mumps, of which there are four peases.
