We expect supples of Hutt Icstu-.to^i, to be on the •uiriot this week The foliowing are the ruling prices:— Apples: Cookers large ss, -Worcester Pearmain 7s to Bs, Cox's Orange Pippin 7s 6d to 9s. Peaches. Choice 4s, others 2s 6d to V3b. j Pears: W.B.G. 6s to 8s per case, •spotted ss. Nectarines 5s to 6s. Plums: October Purple 4s 6d to ss, Monarch ss, Satsuma ss. Green peas Is to Is 6d per peck, according to condition. New potatoes 6s to 7s per cwt. f Cucumbers 5s to 7s per dozen. Lettuce 3s to 5s per case. Onions 12s per cwt. Tomatoes : Choice . Nelson hothouse coloured 6s per box according to colour and quality, outdoor 4s to 4s 6d! Lemons: Local 20s per case, American COs per case. Strawberries Is 3d to Is 6d per punnet, local 2s 3d. Parsnips 10s per sack. Carrots 12s. Cauliflowers 12s. Cabbages 6s. Eggs: Fresh, crates 2s 2d, cases 2s per dozen.
