The trial of Michael Gallagher, Mary Fullerton, and six others has concluded' on a charge of attempting to smuggle arms from Scotland to Ireland. They were purchased on behalf of Liberty Hall, Dublin. Gallaghor, the leading spirit in the movement, was sentenced to three years' imprisonment, Callaghan. and another roan to six months', and another man and two girls to three months' impidsomnent.
