A Russian message states that agreements have been signed between Germany and Russia regarding territorial changes and Russia's financial obligations. The agreement includes an undertaking that Russia.wßl- fight against the Entente troops in Northern' Russia.
Germany has promised that Finland: will not attack Russia.
