Si/ Charles Bnt'hurst, M.P., chairman. of the Sugar Commission,, at a conference at the Food Saving Exhibition', at the Institute of Hygiene, London, in March, said: -The sugar prospect is liot a bright one. and continuous supplies cannot be depended upon.
