HOLLAND'S, CONDITIONS.

The Hague, March 19. The Foreign Minister stated that Holland had consented to tte Entente claim to navigate, Dutch vessels in the { danger zone. In -exchange the Entente offered 100.000: .tons of wheat on April. 15th. . Holland-insisted on the follow- ! ing conditions:—(l) Tlat she mu,st be! allowed to participate in Dutch shipping spaces; (2) that coal be delivered ; into Dutch ships for that purpose; (3) that the Allies guarantee ttat Dutch shipping would not be used in the danger zone for the conveyance of troops and war material, that the ships will be unarmed, tie crews will be allowed to participate in their navigation, and also that ships destroyed will be ik-\ placed immediately after the war. .Nolons, leader of the Catholic Party, protested against the Entente's atti-' tude, especially in view of the claim to be tte protectors of small nations. The Ditch Parliament will debate the agreement on Thursday.
