AQUATIC CARNIVAL.
The forthcoming carnival at the Pore in aid of the King George's and V.M.C.A. Funds will comprise a picnic on Haulashore Island on Easter Saturday and a regatta, swimming contests, ball and 6upper on Easter Monday. There will be excursions in motor boats, and other attractions. In this issue is published the programme of events for motor launches and sailing and rowing boats, with full particulars as to prizes and conditions. Entries for the regatta- will close with the hon. secretary (Mr Thomas Nalder) on Wednesday, the 20th' inst. The completeness of the preparations that are being made should ensure a largo attendance of young and oVI at this Easter attraction.
