The AnglorSwedish agreement concerning tonnage has occasioned indignation in Germany

The "North German Gazette" states that according to the Declaration of London these ships must be considered enemy ships, the transfer of tonnage being equivalent to direct participation in tie economic war against Germany. Neutrals ore therefore committing acts which are incompatible with neutrality.
