A POLICY ANNOUNCEMENT.

Sydney, March 7

Limonoff, ' a young Broken Hill miner, formerly a- journalist in Russia, who las been appointed by the Bolsheviki Government as Russian ConsulGeneral in the Commonwealth, declares that the Bolsheviki's main objects are the establishment of common ownership of the land and just and equal distribution of commodities, and the abolition of all exploiting. He believes tfcat the Bolsheviki will remain long in power. They are strong enough to carry out their purpose •unless something happens from the outside. He declares that the Royalist regime is dead, with no possibility of revival, unless forced by outside intervention.
