A German official message says: "We are in possession of the main portion of Oesel Island. The Russians are isolated on Sworbe Peninsula,v and are still desperately resisting. Only portions of tho enemy on the coast escaped in the direction of Moon Island. We took 3400 prisoners, and captured 30 guns and some aeroplanes. We occupied the islands of Runo and Abroa.

"We captured a further 1100 prisoners on Sworbe Peninsula."
