GERMAN PLOTS IN FINLAND.
LANDING OF ARMS,
I Australian and N.Z. Cable Association
(Received Oct. 17, 7.35 p.m.)
Stockholm, Oct. 16
Gorman submarines were seen off the coast of Finland delivering arms and other war material to the Finns to assist in-the attack against Petrograd.
There is evidence that a German arms depot has been established on the Swedish coast. Swedish Customs officers found a cargo of arms in a Finnish yacht. The Finns drove back the officers with revolvers, and sailed away.
