Paric, Dec. 11. - "Le Matin" says the reorganisation of the high ccuniaua will be consiilered after the Chamber approves of the new Cabinet, wJiich will consist solely of the Ministers of Foreign Affairs,"Marine, Interior, Munitions, and Food. M. Briand will break up the old administrative bodies, conferring absolute power on the Cabinet Ministers.
