London, Dec. 12. Mr Massey, as the guest of Leeds City and University, delivered an address on "The Dominions and the War." After expressly disavowing any intention of interfering in any way in the ordinary political affairs of Britain, he heartily congratulated Mr Lloyd George upon his •• accession to office. He added that, important as the reconstruction and change of Prime Minister were, they were even more important as indicating Britain's inflexible determination to prosecute the war with greater vigour than before. He heartily welcomed the change, and assured the now Government that ISoy Zealand would continue to give all tLe .assistance and co-operation in her power in order'to win the war.
