EWasterton, Dec. 12. * ...At a sitting of the Wellington Military Service Appeal Board this afternoon, exemption was granted to Boy Nix, ; farmer, of Parkvale, till March dLst, .on. the .grounds of occupation arid undue hardship. In .^e case of 4 nS«s MctMaster, farmer, of Matawhero, decision was deterredsine die and exemption granted in the meantime provided the appellant remained in Hs present occupation. Fred R. Dorset, former, of Te Whiti, was granted exemption till January 31st, and John Moore, farmer, exemption till March 31st.
William J. Stev/art, dairy farmer, of Konmi, who has two brothers on active service and lias charge of seventy cows was granted eneirption till March 31st!
