ALIED RAIDS AT MONS.

MILITARY TRAINS BOMBED

GERMAN SPY MANIA

(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association)

Amsterdam, August 14

The "Telegraaf" states that Allied airmen bombed the station at Mons twice in a fortnight. Each time the station was crowded with military trains. The airmen caused great damage, and also hampered the arrival of ammunition for the front.

The Germans are searching for supposed spies. The repeated air raids at Zeebrugge, Estrees and Mons have led to more rigorous limitation of the traffic.
