rFHE Government hereby invites the public of New Zealand to subscribe £8,000,000, authorised to be raised under the Finance Act, 1916, and pursuant to the New Zealand Loans Act, 1908, as amended by the New Zealand Loans Amendment Act 5 1915, for the purpose of carrying on the present war. The Loan is by Act of Parliament made a charge on the consolidated revenue of the Dominon.
