THE NAVY BILL.
DEBATE IN THE SENATE.
(Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) N3w York, July 13. The Senate is debating tke Navy Bill. Senator Swanson said that only by possessing a navy second to Britain's, -would the United States maintain her trade prestige. With the Republicans pledged not to obstruct the Bill, its passage is expected in ten days. •
