Sydney, July 14. The Commodities Commission's report' oh the price of meat states that high prices are not due to retailers. It expresses the opinion that a reduction in prices would reduce the stock for home consumption, and suggests that che Government legislate to prevent indiscriminate slaughter of female stock.
