The criminal sessions ab the Supreme Court opened to-day bel'oro the Chief Justice. . Frederick W a teen, ngamsfc whom, the jury found a true bill, was found guilty of thef b of £8 from the person. Sentence was deferred. Wm. Gregor Gibson McKmnon, far bigamy, was sentenced to 18 months" reformative treatment. Wm. Jensen and David Paterson, convicted of stealing whisky and from a '.steamer, were rem&iKlcu for sentence. Albert.James Adams aad Robert Ralph Can- were re-tried on a. charge of stealing liquor , and surgical _ implements from the steamer Coriathic. Thn prisoners were convicted and rennanded for sentence.
