The Swedish steamer Pan, with a cargo of rifles, ostensibly for Bulgaria, was seized by a German torpedo boat off Falsterbo. The- Uulgnriaji Legation at Berlin gave the Danish Government a guarantee that the vessel would sail direct for D cleagr^oh, but the vessel, instead of soing north, sneaked towards the i^aitic, where sue met the German torpedoor.
