AN AFFILIATION CASE.
Thomas Cusack was charged with,' being the father of an unborn child, having failed to make provision for its support. Sir. E. B. Moore appeared for the complainant, and Mr. Harley for the defendant. After hearing the evidence of complainant, Mr. Harley consented to an order for defendant to find a surety of £75, or in the event of his enlisting for active service to.insure his life for' £100 for the benefit of the child
