Best referred to tho war in which the Empire was engaged, and the gallant conSucVof the New Zealand troops at the Dardanelles, a number of whom had fallen-or been wounded. He moved: That this Council records its appreciation of the -valour of our brave men of New Zealand who are fighting in the present war, in con-junct-ion with others, to maintain the Empire, and extends its deepest sympathy to the relatives of those who have fallen in action.. . : .
