RECOGNITION OF THE PROVISIONAL GOVERNMENT.

Niagara Falls, June 13
. The delegates affixed their signatures to the first protocol, providing that the Provisional Government of Mexico shall exercise power until a Constitutional Government is established, the United States recognising it on a date to be fixed later.
The question of the method of transfer of power from Huerta to his successor is omitted.
