AN AGREEMENT REACHED
Niagara Falls, June 12
The American peace delegates, after a lengthy conference, announced a substantial agreement with relation to the, transfer of authority to' the new Government of Mexico.
j The mediators agreed with the American'contention that the United States was unable even to technically recognise the Huertan regime, and an abrupt transfer of authority to the Pro visional President has been ' ar-. ranged. The Peace Conference is now considering problems regarding the pacification of the country.
