PREHISTORIC GIANTS.

At Dysart, County Louth, men engaged in digging the foundation for .some labourers' cottages unearthed throp human skeletons in separate grab's. The skeletons wore completely ,oiioaved with stones, and the skull oi' one measured* 18in from the crown to

the' chin. The leg bones were abnormally large, and altogether the skeleton appeared to be that of a person 10ft high. The teeth were also very large, and the remains are supposed to be those of a prehistoric age.
