London, June 10. There were very wet wickets for tht> cricket matches.

Warwickshire scored 333 and 69, and Middlesex 278 and 27 for one wicket. T. A. Tarrant, for Middlesex, took 7 wickets for 31 in the second innings.

Lancashire (475) defeated Kent (212 and 110). Huddlestone took 7 wickets for 70 in the first innings, and 4 for 37 in the second. Heap took 2 for 94 and 6 for 40. These two bowled throughout.
