. . _^»- SERIOUS RIDING ACCIDENT. London, Sept 19. While Field-Marshal Sir Evelyn Wood was riding near Harrow, a motor frightened his horse, which jumped a hedge, landing on barbed wire. It then somersaulted. Sir Evelyn Wood sustained concussion of the brain. He is progressing satisfactorily.
