DRUNKENNESS.

Charged with (1) drunkenness, and (2) with being drunk while in charge of a \horso on tho Rocks road at 9.50 p.m. on May 25th, Hugh Guthrio, employed on tho s.&. Kennedy, was convicted and ordered to pay £2, with 7s costs, or in default one week's.imprisonment. Defendant did not-appear, but signed a statement admitting his guilt.
