A warrant has been issued for the arrest of a man who,: it is alleged, forged tho namesof five doctors to certificates. It is further stated, that a man who was engaged in collecting accounts for tho doctor was in tho habit of drawing up certificates on which bonuses we*a,pa-id. Tho man suspected had been going round Adelaide registering births at a fee of Is 3d each, and at the same time fixing up baby bonus papers on behalf of modical men who wore required to sign them. When ho disappeared ono doctor made inquiries, and found that his name appeared on certificates for non-existent children:
