The "Mir," a semi-official organ, oxplains that M. Gueschoff's Cabinet resigned as a protest against the Allies*' disloyal acts. The new Ministry's \ rogramme embodies the views of all parties, and aims at accomplishing Bulgaria's duty towards Macedonia as formulated in King Ferdinand's reply to the Czar.
