King Peter's roply to the Caar has not been published. It is believed that it insists that the evacuation of the conquered territories would overthrow, the Government, place the dynasty in an impossible position, and jeopardise Servia's economic independence. King Peter declined to accept the resignation of the Cabinet, and insists upon M. Pasics representing Servia at the St. Petersburg conference of Premiers.

Prince Nicholas of Greece has arrived and is proceeding to St. Petersburg. It is understood that his mission is to lay tho Greek desires with regard to the partition of -the conquered territories before the Czar.
